Engineers wearing AR smart glasses get the right training procedures and reference material delivered to their field of view based on the job they're on, pulled directly from Simpro via a two-way OAuth integration. AR session summaries (what was done, time-on-task, photos, training-completion data) post back into the originating Simpro job as a note, so office staff and dispatch see real-time progress without anyone having to update two systems. Built for trades businesses scaling beyond the founder, where every senior engineer's tacit knowledge is currently locked in their head. Simpro jobs pulled every 15 minutes via OAuth. The on-glasses agent gets the right context for whatever the engineer is in front of: customer, site, scope, prior visit notes.
