With a seamless two-way integration with Simpro Premium, time2u eliminates the need to rekey information. time2u scheduling is simple, and timesheet errors are significantly reduced.
The integration also supports payroll. With time2u’s sophisticated rules engine, penalty rates and allowances can be configured and are automatically calculated. A payroll ready file is produced, for third parties such a MYOB, Employment Hero, ADP. Direct API Integration available for Xero.
What information is pulled into time2u?
- All pending and progress jobs in Simpro Premium, including related cost centres and sections
- Any employees and contractors in Simpro Premium that have been enabled for time2u
- All activities in Simpro Premium, such as training and annual leave
What information is sent back to Simpro Premium?
All approved job timesheets are fed back into the Simpro job and added to the employee’s timesheet summary.

Yes! The RDO accrual rule is set up per Role, so if there is a variety of rules within one Company, this can be managed.
time2u only worries about timesheet hours, allowance units, and the rules that sit behind these. Rule sets are then created into 'Roles' and assigned to employees. You may have several employees, though only 2 or 3 Roles.
All rates remain in Simpro and your payroll system. Therefore, when rates change, you only have to make changes in your 'source of truth'.
