Job Creation
When an Order is published in Civica Cx, the integration accepts and creates a Job in Simpro, importing:
- Linked Sites
- Linked Contacts
- Linked Tasks/SORs
- ETA
- Job type/category
- Notes & attachments
- Any custom fields
Scheduling & Check-ins
Whenever a job is updated in Simpro, the Civica Cx Order is updated automatically too.
The integration sets the Scheduled Date when the Job is scheduled, checks the technician in and out of the site when they start and complete the visit, and updates the Order status appropriately when the job is completed in Simpro.
Quotes & Invoicing
When a Quote or Invoice is created and approved in Simpro, they're recreated automatically in Civica Cx.
When a client accepts a quote, the job is created in Simpro.

You can enable the integration for as many or as few clients as you want.
