The RDO accrual rule is set up per Role, so if there is a variety of rules within one Company, this can be managed.  ### Payroll - I have employees on different rates. How does time2u manage this? time2u only worries about timesheet hours, allowance units, and the rules that sit behind these. Rule sets are then created into 'Roles' and assigned to employees. You may have several employees, though only 2 or 3 Roles. All rates remain in Simpro and your payroll system. Therefore, when rates change, you only have to make changes in your 'source of truth'. For payroll rules, these are set up initially during time2u training. New Roles can added in the time2u web portal.  ### Xero & time2u - how does the integration work? Created to reduce rekeying, the API integration with Xero pulls pay items and leave types into time2u.
