### Do I need to know SQL to build my reports?
No.  You can use our built-in AI chatbot to converse with your simPRO data in natural language.

### Can I connect multiple simPRO accounts?
Yes, absolutely.  Each account is stored in the same database, but with a different database schema.  This allows you to keep everything isolated, but alongside each other to easily facilitate aggregate reporting.

### Can I connect my simPRO data to my other cloud platforms?
SyncHub supports over 70+ cloud platforms, allowing you to synthesize data across your entire business.

### What reports does SyncHub offer?
SyncHub specializes in extracting your raw simPRO data so that you can build the reports that your business needs.  We do not provide any reports out-of-the-box, however we offer a Services Store to put you in touch with professionals familiar with both simPRO and the SyncHub data model.

### Is my data secure?
We use industry best-practices like HTTPS and encryption-at-rest to keep your data secure.  You can also utilize our BYOD (bring your own database) functionality to store your data straight to your own servers.

### Does SyncHub write back to simPRO?
No.  SyncHub is read-only.  We never write back to simPRO.
