Both are supported. Direct API gives full control in your Azure or Fabric environment with flexible, incremental refresh. Tugger provides a managed extraction with scheduling, monitoring and retries. We recommend the best route for your setup and can switch later if needed.  ### Do I need a Tugger subscription? Only if you choose the Tugger route. Tugger is billed separately by Tugger. Our pricing covers the integration work and ongoing operation. We will size the Tugger tier with you so you only pay for what you need.  ### How often will my data refresh? Typical refresh is daily or hourly depending on scope, load and Simpro API limits. We design pipelines for incremental loads, error handling and alerting so you get reliable updates without manual effort.  ### How long does it take to go live? An initial value slice can be live in 2 to 4 weeks once we have access and KPIs agreed. That includes connection, model build, core dashboards and RLS. Further subject areas are added in short iterations.  ### What is included in the monthly service? Monitoring, refresh troubleshooting, access control checks and release notes are included. Your monthly credits cover delivery work such as modelling, new measures, visuals, small features, fixes, documentation and light training.  ### How do credits work and what counts as a credit? One credit equals one hour of delivery. Examples include adding a KPI, tweaking a model, enhancing a dashboard, writing DAX, or running a short training slot. Pure monitoring and routine checks are included outside your credits.  ### Can I combine Simpro with other data sources? Yes. We can join Simpro with finance, CRM and operational sources in Azure or Fabric. This enables end to end views such as quote to cash, profitability by customer, and WIP against forecast.  ### How is security handled? Row level security can be aligned to Simpro roles and cost centres. Access is controlled through Azure AD. We keep clear lineage, change control and refresh logs so you can audit who sees what and when.  ### Who owns the data and IP? You do. If we deploy in your Azure, you retain full control. If we host, you can export and move at any time. Models and report assets created for you are yours to keep.  ### Can you track history such as WIP snapshots and margin movements? Yes. We offer optional snapshotting for trend analysis. This lets you compare like for like across periods rather than relying on point in time values only.
