### How does Field-Copilot connect to Simpro?
Through Simpro's official OAuth integration. You authorise it from your Simpro account in a couple of minutes, no IT project needed. Field-Copilot is a verified Simpro technology partner and has completed Simpro's technical review.

### Is it always listening?
No. Field-Copilot only listens when the engineer says the wake word (similar to saying "Hey Siri") or opens it. It's not recording in the background.

### Where do the answers come from?
Three sources: the relevant regulations and standards, manufacturer manuals and documentation, and the live job data in Simpro. Every answer is referenced back to its source so it can be checked.

### What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so. Rather than guessing, it points the engineer to the person on your team who's dealt with the same issue before, or suggests who should attend site.

### How does the knowledge capture work? Do engineers have to log anything?
Nothing extra. Field-Copilot learns from the job conversation itself, so the fault, the fix and the workaround are captured automatically and available to the next engineer on the next visit.

### Can I control which engineers use it?
Yes. You choose which engineers are set up, and Field-Copilot knows each engineer's qualifications, so it steps in when a task falls outside what they're qualified for.
