EzzyBills is a leading cloud-based invoice processing solution. With the EzzyBills integration to Simpro, you can reduce manual data entry by allowing EzzyBills to automatically enter your invoice data. About the integration Once your purchase orders have been created in Simpro, you can scan or e-mail your supplier invoices through EzzyBills. Then, EzzyBills will automatically extract data (including line-item details), push the information into Simpro, and match and receipt the purchase order. You can also take advantage of EzzyBills’ other workflows and features including management approvals, automatic document classification, price checking, and Google Drive and Dropbox integrations. ## Features
- **Receipting Purchase Order Directly** — Upload bills or receipts to EzzyBills via emails, drag/drop and phone app scanning, EzzyBills will extract the data automatically and export to simpro, receipting existing purchase order in Simpro.
- **Simpro Job Costing Workflow** — Upload bills and receipts to EzzyBills, specifying a job number, or let EzzyBills automatically detect the job number from your files. EzzyBills will extract the data and send the costs directly to the job, helping you save time and reduce manual effort.
- **Record Contractor Invoices** — When you receive a contractor invoice, email it to EzzyBills.  EzzyBills automatically matches the invoice to the corresponding work order and automatically records the invoice in Simpro.
