If you manage your plant and equipment through Simpro, you know that you can manage servicing but how about regular daily, weekly or monthly inspections?Now with CTM Safety, you can set up inspections that are completed online for items such as vehicles, PPE like harnesses and lanyards and access equipment such as mobile platforms, ladders and steps.If the plant is checked out to your team, they will receive email reminders when inspections are due and reminders if they aren’t completed. Your reports are sent back to Simpro automatically and any defects are reported to an admin who you can choose.You can also set up your own questions and pictures can be included, either as a routine or just when there are defects.Imagine how much time you can save by not having to chase your team up or simply just uploading inspection reports to Simpro.

### How easy is set up?
It's really easy. We set you up on our system and help you to create the forms you need. You then enable the reminders and that's it - the system takes care of itself. You are only told if inspections have an issue. If everything is fine, you can choose just to have them filed in Simpro and we can even auto-archive from our system.
