**CertMate** is a compliance certificate and job-documentation platform built for New Zealand electrical and HVAC trade businesses, generating Certificates of Compliance, Electrical Safety Certificates, Certificates of Verification, Records of Inspection, Emergency Lighting PS3s, HVAC test sheets and service checklists, an array of Electrical and HVAC calculators and more.

The **Simpro** integration removes double entry between the two systems: search for a Simpro job by number or customer name from inside CertMate, select it to prefill the customer and site details automatically, complete and digitally sign the document, then push the finished PDF straight back onto that Simpro job as an attachment. Nothing syncs in the background, only the specific job a technician selects.

## FAQ
### Does this sync my whole customer list automatically?
No, and deliberately so. You search and pick the specific job you're certifying, so nothing gets pulled across that you didn't ask for.

### Is my Simpro login stored anywhere?
No. CertMate never sees your Simpro username or password. You connect via Simpro's own secure login screen, and only an encrypted access token is stored.

### Does connecting Simpro cost extra?
No. It's included on every CertMate Electrical plan at no extra cost.
